Went to a Chapters bookstore and found a lot of good books out there. It seems like when you go outside, you get a lot of packaged information that is made easy for the consumer. If you are geeky enough and try to piece it out yourself, you’ll have to spend a lot of time on your own.
This is what people pay to do in retailers. They piece together information in a way that is easy to get absorbed. You simply consume it by taking their expert advice, ie. learning about the featured books, MBA must-read collections, etc… You don’t have to buy them, but if you do, you pay for convenience.
Not a bad way to learn about things if you go out.
